Order Fulfillment
How long will it take to process my order?
After you’ve placed your online order via our website, it will take 24 to 48 hours to process afterwards. Once your order has been processed and confirmed, it will then take up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched, subject to item availability.
Can I change my order?
All orders placed are considered final, and cannot be modified further. So, make sure you triple check if your order is correct before hitting that ‘order’ button!
However, if an emergency occurs on your end, you may contact our team at hellowellnestedph@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to figure something out for you.
I haven’t received my order yet, can I still cancel my order?
As we mentioned above, all orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. These are items especially placed and secured for you, so we hope you understand that we cannot easily make amendments, but we’re here to help you every step of the way.
How do I check my order status?
To check on your order status, simply send us a quick email at hellowellnestedph@gmail.com. Don’t forget to fill us in with your order details, so it’d be easier for us to get back to you. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

Waitlist / Wishlist / Pre-order
The product I want is sold out. ☹️ What do I do?
Don’t fret! They do say patience is a virtue. We’re always working to make sure all our products are readily available.
But for now, please fill up our CONTACT FORM and mention your desired product that’s out of stock for now. We’ll send you an email once we’ve replenished the goods.
I just filled up the contact form to be on the product’s waitlist, does this mean the product is automatically reserved for me?
To put it clearly, signing up for the product’s waitlist does not guarantee you a fresh-stock reservation.
Getting on the waitlist means that you will be sent an email once we’ve replenished your desired sold-out item.
Make sure to keep your email notifs on, so you can ‘add to cart’ once it’s available again!
I’m on a product’s waitlist, I got an email notification that it was back in stock, and now it’s marked as ‘sold out’ again! Now what?
We’re sorry you weren’t able to make it to this round of replenishments. Some of our products are quite high in demand, and other customers may have beaten you to the punch.
If this happens (but we hope it doesn’t!), you’d have to go through the waitlist process again, and hopefully come out successful with our next replenishment. So always keep an eye out, and be quick about it!
Will I be able to know when a specific product will be back in stock?
Especially since all of the items we carry are imported, it would be difficult for us to provide exact dates for product restocks. Signing up for notifications from the waitlist would be the best way to keep yourself updated.

What are your payment options?
We offer various online payment options to make it more accessible to you. Here are the payment methods you may select from: GCash, Grabpay, E-wallet via PayMongo, Direct to bank, Paypal, and Credit Card via Paypal. The necessary details of your preferred mode of payment will be provided upon order checkout.

Shipping / Delivery
What are your modes of delivery?
Unfortunately, the stork can’t deliver the item right to your doorstep, but we’ve found two alternative ways to get your order to you!
Currently, we offer delivery via Transportify or Lalamove. You also have the option to pick-up the order from our HQ. Feel free to pick it up yourself or book your own courier service of choice.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
At Well Nested PH, we’re committed to delivering our products promptly and securely to you and baby.
Once your order and payment have been finalized, we aim to deliver your item/s within 5 to 7 business days for Metro Manila orders.
As for orders outside Metro Manila, it would take between 5 to 14 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided to you once we’ve dispatched your order for delivery.
What if I don’t receive my order?
Kindly send us an email at hellowellnestedph@gmail.com in regard to your concern, so we can help you out, and fix any issues that arise.
Our delivery services are carried out by a third party service, and the shipment is within their hands once your order leaves our warehouse.
But don’t worry, we’re going through this with you, and will be assisting in logistical coordination to make sure your order gets to you on time, no problem.
Are there special delivery arrangements for nursery furniture?
Majority of what we carry are bigger-than-usual baby and home items that would need special shipping. For items tagged under furniture, special delivery rates will apply due to the size and volume of the item.
Applicable rates will be provided to you upon order confirmation.

Assembly & Installation
Looks like I can’t assemble and install the furniture on my own, can I ask for your help?
We’d love to help you out in building a home for baby! Fortunately for you, we offer professional assembly and installation of cribs, with an added fee.
In such cases, you may get in touch with our Customer Service Team at hellowellnestedph@gmail.com and ask about our Assembly & Installation services.
Applicable rates will apply depending on item and location.

Return & Refund
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
We’d like to reiterate that all orders placed are considered final. Both changes and cancellations will not be accepted once you’ve submitted your order via website.
What happens if my product is defective?
On the rare and unlikely occasion that you have received a defective product, extra item or wrong order, please hold on to this package first.
In such cases, you may get in touch with our Customer Service Team at hellowellnestedph@gmail.com and ask for a Product Return Request.
If the defective or misordered item comes in a set or a bundle, it must also be returned as a complete set, inclusive of all accessories.
