Refund policy

 

  1. Returns/exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Please note that all items undergo inspection before they are released for shipping, and all items sent out are in good condition and/or in the condition as advertised.
  3. Returns/exchange requests must be reported within 7 working days upon receipt of the item. 
  4. Unboxing/unpacking the items from their original state must be clearly video recorded for the sale to be considered for a return/refund. 
  5. To initiate the process, please contact us via email at hellowellnestedph@gmail.com On the subject line, please place your "Order Number - Return/Exchange" (example: 2075-Return/Exchange). In the email, do provide us with the ff details:
      1. Date your package was received
      2. Reason for the return/exchange
      3. Attach image of Sales Invoice  and/or packing slip if shipped via courier
      4. Attach video recording of unboxing the product
      5. A photo and description of the external packaging that the order came in
      6. Attach images (multiple angles) of the product to illustrate your point.
  6. Once return/exchange has been verified and approved by the Well Nested PH team, the customer must arrange shipping back of items within 7 days. Courier costs will be shouldered by the customer. Well Nested will not be liable for any damage/losses due to the third-party courier. Please ensure you choose a reputable one, and include insurance, especially for big ticket items. Kindly inform us as well once the item is out for delivery back to us. 
  7. Upon receipt of the item, please give our team 7 days to assess/inspect/evaluate the returned item.
  8. Should the returned products be received and have passed the Well Nested PH team’s inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping), or a replacement item will be processed and shipped/delivered to you. Please note that the client shoulders the cost of shipping for the exchanged product.
  9. Returns and exchanges are only for items that are bought directly from www.wellnested.ph.
  10. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used products, samples, final sale items, VIP orders, or custom/made-to-order items. There will be an indication on our website should the item/s be not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
  11. We are unable to do partial refunds (i.e. individual items part of a bundle/set).
  12. Items must be sent back in new condition, unused, unwashed, unmodified, with all the various labels and tags attached, and in original and complete packaging to qualify for a return/exchange.
  13. We can only offer a one (1) time exchange. The cost difference and shipping will be held responsible to the customer. Once we receive your exchanged item and it has passed inspection, we can then process your new order. 
  14. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value. For greater value, the customer must pay for the difference. 
  15. Refund is via your original payment method and is only the paid amount minus the shipping cost and other transaction fees that may be incurred. For bank deposit/ transfer and GCash payment methods, please give us 7 working days to process the refund. For credit/debit cards, please give us 14 working days to facilitate your refund, though it may take about 3 weeks or more for it to be reflected back in your statement. This is dependent on your credit/debit card service provider. 
  16. We do not accept third party exchanges or refunds. Only the person named on the order transaction (The Buyer) is eligible for refund / exchange.
